Coaching

Practical support for access, consent, sexuality, self-advocacy, and systems navigation.

An illustration symbolizing support. In the foreground, an adult clitoris is portrayed alongside a smaller child clitoris holding a white cane for the blind. Both figures are walking towards a door labeled 'Support.'

Coaching gives you a place to sort through questions that do not always fit neatly in therapy, school, rehabilitation, healthcare, or family systems.

This support is for blind and disabled people, families, students, partners, and community members who want help with ableism, autonomy, boundaries, sexuality, identity, advocacy, relationships, communication, or navigating systems.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Coaching can help you name what is happening, understand your options, and move forward with more clarity.

What you can expect

Coaching with me is practical, direct, affirming, and collaborative. I may ask questions, offer language, share resources, help you prepare for a conversation, or support you in identifying next steps.

  • Clearer language for what you are experiencing.
  • Concrete next steps instead of vague advice.
  • Support that respects your pace and autonomy.
  • A nonjudgmental space where access, consent, disability, sexuality, and relationships can be discussed openly.
  • Help separating what is yours to carry from what belongs to a system, family, organization, or culture.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is educational and support-based. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support. If therapy, medical care, legal help, or immediate support is needed, coaching is not a substitute for those services.
