I help organizations and community members build more accessible, accountable, and affirming cultures through work grounded in disability justice, blind inclusion, public health, and practical culture change.

Coaching & Community Support
I offer direct support for blind and disabled people, families, and community members who want practical guidance around sexuality, access, advocacy, communication, identity, and everyday barriers shaped by ableism.
Consulting for Organizations
I work with organizations, leadership teams, educators, researchers, and community-based programs that want to address ableism, improve accessibility, examine power, and align values with practice. Together we look at culture, policy, communication, and accountability so change is concrete, not performative.
Training & Workshops
I design and facilitate tailored trainings on ableism, disability justice, blind inclusion, consent culture, power dynamics, and sexual health. Sessions are adapted for staff teams, schools, service providers, conferences, and community groups.

About my Logo
My logo features “Laura Millar Consulting” in white capital text, encircled by a wavy rainbow border on a black background. At the center, there’s a red anatomically correct clitoris holding a long white cane for the blind.
This unique logo represents the core values of blind positivity and sex positivity in my work. If you are curious about the reasons behind these images or would like to know more about the anatomical structure of the clitoris, please visit my FAQ page.
